Perhaps because it was something that contained a typo ("check" is circled, but I'm guessing it means cheek?)? The reason it has no docket number and anything is because it is not a court document. It might be something that was going to be filed but wasn't, but whatever THAT is, it is not any official court document. So either it is recently fabricated, or it was something made and not used because of the typo. That's the only thing I could think of was because of the typo, as I'm trying to see both sides of this, so this cannot be something official because it has no #.
