The sad thing is , how can you prove something that happened years ago? Does she have a dress with his stuff on it ? I really doubt she has physical evidence from the passed. So sad a father would do that to any child.

So medical check-up, and witnesses, among other things would be a start. On the other hand, how do you prove you are innocent, especially if people think you must do so? That's what I wondered, if she was raped from the age of 4 onward...I'm guessing??? there would have to be some permanent damage that a medical exam could detect and that be used as evidence?
