Lets put it this way there is one sick bastard involved. Is it the father, or is it her? I don't know. The tragedy is that real rape and false accusations are both all too common.
It will come out sooner or later. Either he is a sick evil fuck and it will be pretty obvious when the cops interview him. Or she is a wack job, and that will be pretty obvious when they interview her.

Have they publicly said anything yet? Also, the grandparents who were not first hand witnesses but would have had knowledge of this after she went to live with them..
