My friend who lives in Seaside Heights was told eight months until gas service will be restored.
Quoting: lemon (nsi) 677476 Hell to the nawl.8 months? They probably can't lay new pipe down until the ground defrosts in Spring. Yeah, I believe the water system was destroyed as well. I lived there most of my life, it's a shame. I don't think people here in PA seem to realize that there will be no going to the Seaside Boardwalk next summer. Wildwood has a good boardwalk if it makes it through this winter!
