One reason that earthquakes are often used by phony prophets is that people aren't aware of how frequently they occur. For example there is a 6+ quake every 2.7 days so if you're using a two day window you've got a good chance of a hit if you're counting anything above 6 as a hit. That's why I'd be curious to see his previous predictions and what is being counted as a qualifying quake.
