There's likely a lot on GLP about OBEs and astral projection, too. Search them both. Has diddly squat to do with anxiety. You never change things by fighting the existing reality. cosmicgypsy User ID: 26668124 United States 11/07/2012 02:10 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Thank you Cosmicgypsy. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 13540603 I will look into it. I messed with it when I was younger and also past life regressions. But What is going on now I am not controlling. Perhaps it's time to let go of control...at least little by little, to accustom yourself to the changing energy environment. You never change things by fighting the existing reality. Kharnifex User ID: 2857463 United States 11/07/2012 02:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I think my horrible fucking insomnia comes from a less conciouse part of my brain not wanting to fall asleep cause it knows i'll have to wake up and go to work in the morning, and my WHOLE brain hates that shit. I had one medium say that she believes a force is trying to get me out and them in? Again that may sound weird but was said. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 13540603 that's why you are having them, it was suggested in a manner that your subconscious understood and then started doing. If you want to stop, just think/speak deep in your own mind and say "I will stop leaving my body while I sleep" it may take a couple times but you'll stop. Edit: it will work best if said right before you go to sleep. |

Quoting: Kharnifex Mine too, has to be. Sunday night sleeping is the worst for me. During the week I'm never sleepy when I need to go to bed yet come Friday at ten o'clock I'm cashed out on the couch snoring. I hate that shit, it consumes me.
