Insomnia question?
I think I know where my insomnia is coming from. Every time I start to fall asleep it feels like my being is coming out of my body and it startles me. Then I snap back in. Anyone else ever feel that. What is it? Ideas?

I know it sounds weird but looking for answers.

No, I sleep like a rock...although I did wake up early this morning and decided to get up instead of waiting for the alarm...

Re: Insomnia question?
OP, google "OBE." It's Out of Body Experience. There's likely a lot on GLP about OBEs and astral projection, too. Search them both.

Has diddly squat to do with anxiety.

Thank you Cosmicgypsy.
I will look into it. I messed with it when I was younger and also past life regressions. But What is going on now I am not controlling.

I do go on paranormal investigations. Also our house is a hot spot. I had one medium say that she believes a force is trying to get me out and them in? Again that may sound weird but was said.

Perhaps it's time to let go of control...at least little by little, to accustom yourself to the changing energy environment.

Re: Insomnia question?
I think my horrible fucking insomnia comes from a less conciouse part of my brain not wanting to fall asleep cause it knows i'll have to wake up and go to work in the morning, and my WHOLE brain hates that shit.

that's why you are having them, it was suggested in a manner that your subconscious understood and then started doing. If you want to stop, just think/speak deep in your own mind and say "I will stop leaving my body while I sleep" it may take a couple times but you'll stop.

Edit: it will work best if said right before you go to sleep.

Mine too, has to be. Sunday night sleeping is the worst for me. During the week I'm never sleepy when I need to go to bed yet come Friday at ten o'clock I'm cashed out on the couch snoring. I hate that shit, it consumes me.
