Re: Ron Paul's Revenge!!! GOP in Deep Trouble.
Romney made such a fatal error in disenfranchising Ron Paul's people.

He should have campaigned on the very things Ron Paul was talking about. He should have Ron Paul appear at rallies with him.

He didn't.

He failed, he lost, the GOP lost (actually they made a buttload of money and got dirty rich, how much did they haul in? 250 million?).

Just settin' up Jeb '16.

SBD, please don't fall for the Paul Tard nonsense. They are children easily as much as Tea Party clowns are. I was right about them all along, because most of my friends are either Liberal or Libertarian.

Reality check: noone "disenfranchised" them --- any more than Obama "disenfranchised" anti-War, pro-Amnesty, pro-Guantanamo Bay Closure, pro-Manhatten Trial of Khalid Sheik Mohammad radicals wing of HIS party in the first 3+ years of his presidency when he was basically continuing Bush policies in Iraq. Hell, even Bush and Clinton jailed 1000 bankers, while Obama jailed ZERO. And his Health-care plan not only wasn't nationalized like Liberals wanted, but didn't even contain the Single-payer option, OMG OMG OMG Obama is Bush 2.0..... He even used drones to kill Muslims 10 times more often than Bush. Impeach Obama! Put Dennis Kucinich in his place! Aghghght

But when push came the shove on election day, the "Dirty Commie" wing were able to put their purist ambitions aside and OVERWHELMINGLY VOTE FOR OBAMA. That proved decisive in Ohio and Florida where O won by less than 1%.

Sorry, the future of Republican Party is Marko Rubio, Chris Christie, General David Petreus or a younger Colin Powell type. NOT Ron Paul. He couldn't even beat Romney or Santorum, my lord are you people for real or what??!!!

If you think Obama people were able to caricaturize Romney as an "extremist" during the summer with such devastating effectiveness ---- what do you think Axelrod and Co. would do Ron Paul? Who at various points in his life mentioned that Medicare is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, more recently echoed by his son Rand Paul incidentally.... the racist newsletter Ron Paul used to endorse..... his Close the Fed, shut down overseas military bases, blablabla

-- all those things sound nice on a conspiracy board like GLP, but by the time Democratic spin machine and MSM would have been done with it, Ron Paul would have been seen as Hitler personified. Trust me.

As for Jeb Bush... I like him. I like his ideas. But "Bush" makes him unelectable. Whether rightfully or not, "Bush" has poisoned the Republican Brand, that even Mitt Romney couldn't rise above it.

In the exit polls, many Americans flat out said that they STILL blame Bush for everything. Astounding stupidity on their part, but it doesn't change the fact that Jeb Bush has the worst last name in America.

Fuck off.

If I want to debate with a Paul Tard, I'll go to the nearest bus stop and look down into a clogged toilet. You dumbasses helped elect Obama. Enjoy that 20 trillion dollar national debt, more credit rating downgrades, a stagnant and inflationary economy, massive social unrest and both cultural & racial identity crisis --- except this time, it would be WHITE people that are the endangered species in America.

But that's what you two-faced, triple-talking NIHILISTS wanted all along, right: to crash the system, to stick it to the Man. Cuz, you know, if you're miserable in your life, everyone else has to be, too. Especially the rich, right? LOL

Funny though how when running into L. Ron Paultard disciples, it inevitably comes down to 3 things:

1) They accuse you of being a paid "shill". Cuz in their simple, childish minds that can't comprehend that someone may not share their POV.

2) They hide they fact that they secretly wanted Obama to win all along, with basically makes them no different that traditional Liberals -- only more dishonest and intellectual cowardly.

3) They want the world to burn and the system to crash. That instinctive hatred of anything constructive, orderly and accomplished. They thrive on chaos -- or so they think, because they've led sheltered, spoiled lives in America, guarded by the dread "Military-Industrial Complex", so they never had to learn what it's like to fight or fend for themselves. They think real chaos and revolutons look like they do in Hollywood movies. Paul Tards think that they are the embodiment of Keaunu Reeves in Matrix. They think Natalie Portman will such their dick ala "V for Vendetta" if they only make a clever one-liner on an internet message board!

See that's the difference between honest, honourable Republicans and Paul Tards. Real, loyal Republicans WOULD HAVE VOTED for Ron Paul if he was the Republican nominee against Obama. Maybe not happily, but they would have bit the bullet. Wheras the venal, craven Paul Turds, stabbed Romney in the back.

LOL, they're so,so predictable. I even know what they'll write in response to this post. Literally word for word.

Romney lost today to a guy who is overseeing a horrible economy, prosecuting unpopular wars, and who can barely string 5 words together without a teleprompter. This was the best the Republican Party can do. Not only are the Republicans evil, they're evil and contemptible losers, which is far worse.

The biggest losers tonight are of course people who value peace and freedom, but we would have also lost if Romney won. The GOP is right up there in the loser category, however. The GOP lost seats in the Senate, and did little to improve its position in the House. It has served up two ridiculously bad nominees in a row, claiming "electability" and then going down in flames.

Rand Paul certainly came out of this looking very bad as well. He fell in line behind the party masters, banking on some advantage to be gained through an endorsement of Romney. He ended up just looking politically unsavvy and unprincipled. There is little to be gained either, from playing ball with a Party that as inept as the GOP at this point.

It's not beyond the realm of possibility that the GOP may actually show sign of disintegration in the next several years. The GOP has ceased to present any sort of actual alternative, and worse yet, it can't run a winning candidate. Once that happens, the coalition that makes up your political party will begin to fall apart.

The Ron Paul movement is a big winner here. The GOP told the libertarians in the party to get lost, and the GOP paid for it. Interestingly, both Iowa and Nevada, where Ron Paul supporters gained control of the state party, both went to Obama after the Romney campaign actively fought to disenfranchise Ron Paul supporters. I guess the GOP got what it wanted there.

There is exactly one movement that offers any real opposition to the status quo, and it ain't the conservative movement, which is on life support and entering a permanent vegetative state. Ron Paul's libertarian movement, brimming with well-educated young people, is the only thing left standing. The GOP operatives who predicted a big victory tonight just look pathetic.

Yeah, you keep telling yourself that! It's like saying that when a man with diabetes ends up in an ER for an unrelated emergency, we should LET HIM DIE or at the very least go into a sugar-coma, because his diabetes can't be cured in the ER and, besides, that's the only way he'll learn to not eat sugary things in the future.... LMAO!

You self-centered, delusional fools couldn't "fix" your way out of a wet paper-bag!

Like I said, all Republicans I know WOULD have voted for Ron Paul even with his history of stabbing GOP in the back... if Ron Paul defeated Romney, Santorum, Gingrich and other clowns in the primaries.

Whereas, Paul Tards not only stabbed Romney in the back, they did so HAPPILY. They want their primordial chaos. They want their totalitarian communism (redundant?). They'll get it.

And oh boy, will they have a wake-up call THEN!! when it will be too late!!!

Re: Ron Paul's Revenge!!! GOP in Deep Trouble.
It's the people who will suffer, not the GOP. Third parties always divide the conservative vote and so this just handed the election to Obama.

But a political party does not "suffer" because it is not a being. It's the citizens of this country who are going to pay the price of this election.

Politicians just regroup and carry on, business as usual.

people want their way of life to continue - old age pensions, medical care, hope with higher education, welfare and other entitlements. That's why Obama won.
White people are an older minority. Hispanics make up nearly half of the younger generation. A lot of them have no interest in learning English, learning about the constitution. That's why Obama won.
People are tired of wars and don't want to get envolved in an Iran, Israel war. That's why Obama won.

Re: Ron Paul's Revenge!!! GOP in Deep Trouble.
sheldon adelson is the republican version of george soros. unfortunately as mentioned by the OP, he is much more incompetent than soros.

Adelson funded both Newt and Santorum to take Ron Paul out of the states he could (and actually did) win during the primaries. He then cut their funding and sent it to Romney when mission was accomplished.

Rich people including republicans get rich by getting poor people to buy goods from companies they control. Adelson runs casinos, casinos run on the ex-food stamps entitlements of poor people. and JP Morgan gets rich running the foodstamps program.

The only people who get rich in a Ron Paul world are inventors, doctors, savers and people will to work hard for these types. The elite republicans are privately laughing all the way to the bank, publicly crying on foxnews.

I was very close to writing in Ron Paul, but in the end what is needed is changing our objective. Our grassroots got run over by the Republicans so we need to crush them. The only way to infiltrate this system now is get a third party the grassroots movement of a Ron Paul true patriot. Then we can gather up the necessary percentage to get in the debates and destroy these puppets and fuck their masters and send them back across the pond.

Therefore, I voted for Gary Johnson and will actively support anyone who is third party and has a policy of monetary freedom and humble foreign policy and bringing our troops home.

We need to stay a step ahead of them, and they have magick on their side.

Grassroots Libertarian uprising is next on the agenda.
