Why is everyone blaming only the president for downfall of this country? did everyone forget about congress? voters?

any people who are willing to elect that thing as the leader of their country are to blame for its demise. anyone willing to cast a vote for the likes of barney frank, chuck schumer, john corzine, ted kennedy (dead, but not gone), jesse jackson, henry waxman, nancy pelosi, harry reid, john bohner, is responsible for this country's demise.

obama was inaugurated jan 20,2009. dems held house and senate from that date until jan 20, 2011 when repubs took the house. between those two dates the only thing obama could not get passed was his budget proposals which were shot down by near unanimous bipartisan each time. that is two years out of 3 years and 10 months meaning that my use of the word "most" is correct.
