If you truly loved them you would not complain about the money you send for your child. To me your wife sounds like she might be lost herself and really needs some1 good in her life and some love and help. Its hard to make it in the evil times we live much less raise a daughter in these times where kids are taught lust instead of love "mainstreme music" these are greedy times we live and you should be praying to god and helping her with every cent u get because im sure if u guys didnt have so much hate in your hearts to begin with you she never would of turned to your EX. If she was the problem then she would have left you for anuther man, and would not be on food stamps. But from what u said it sounds like maybe it was abusive relationship either mentaly or physicaly. I ofter wounder why every1 is allways in search of a "perfect" relathionship when in facts we are humans and NO ONE IS PERFECT brother. We should only love and forgive and forget and move on. Life is to short and the times we live are to terrible to do anything other. God says u should never get a devorce because even back then most women could not work or be used for anything other then sex, so they turned to prostitution to just survive.... If fact ppl do not like the truth and take it out on there loved ones who love them more then any1 else and just feel like "hey i can find anuther person to love me the same no problem ect" then watch how long them relationships last for.... Its a never ending cycle that could be broken by yourself if u would just be man enuph to forgive and just send unconditional love brother. its never to late. Lawyer wanted me to pay just $200 but I volunteered the extra $50 You people make light in something I dont consider a joke So you think because you pay $250 a month that should keep her from needing help.She is lucky to feed the child and buy her clothes for that.That might cover a weeks housing at most.If she qualifies so what at least it helps provide for the child.Its hard to just meet basic expenses now.Rent and utilities alone takes what one person can make in many instances.Sounds like you are pissed that she gets help.If you only pay $250 a month then you have to be pretty low income yourself. |

If you have bills they want to know when the last time you paid them was, and where the money came from. It's rather invasive, but I suppose it prevents fraud once in a while. i agree thats very invasive and somewhat privacy impeeding on the other hand, this would be called fraud in belgium so I can't help to think that if you make yourself suspicious , you'll be investigated and there are ways to keep a low profile You guys must have a good minumum wage, and even part time work. I met a friend with 3 children when she was living next to us in a townhouse complex, and working just under the amount to qualify for benefits from KFC, so nearly full time. The wage covered rent, bills and about 1 weeks worth of food. Her daugher was eating flour and sugar in a cup while waiting for mom to come home and hopefully bring some of the leftover food you're not allowed to bring home but do anyway. I used to give the kids peanut butter and jam sandwhich's. Her youngest son was a bit street smart, making little pipes at 11 for any kind of extra money so somehow they got reported and the Ministry stepped in. She was under the amount for her family size, so despite pride, starving children are unacceptable. She had to take the boost up, and that includes back to school, medical and some extra's, after school childcare, or they would take the kids. So, don't know about your country. But I for one was very relieved when there was food on the table for them most of the month. Having them eating sugar and flour was not something anyone should be doing.
