You can start by showing love for all. As hard as it may sound, that is a good start. As there may not be much visible to you now. It will multiply before your eyes in due time. As long as you start now.

Love is the way. Friction will and is intensifying and only love will see us through it. Then you will see the divine path laid out before you.

The friction we are in now does make this a bit harder. Be many of us are doing this. So you are not alone.
