You can start by showing love for all.
Quoting: DoubleHelix this is my question. why must we show love to all?? if someone or something is threatening us or is a threat to us. why must we show it love? it is not causing us pain so we may grow so why must we love it in return? are we not allowed to hate,dispise,disagree. condem if we are treated with malice why would we not be allowed to give it in return?That is all a part of our old experience. We grew out of that a long long time ago. and then fell once again. Now many of us are more than ready to leave those emotions behind. For good this time. It is a polarity i do not wish to be a part of any more. It causes to much friction.
