I would say the actual shooters were provided by the mob (for an undisclosed price), but that was the limit of their involvement. The planning...the financing...the setup...and the cover-up were clearly the work of the CIA, with the blessing (or perhaps at the request) of LBJ and J Edgar Hoover. |
