Do you really have to pay cash to get fixed in the hospital in America.

No, people with insurance get their insurance company billed, and are usually responsible for a co-pay amount (i.e. $100 for a Emergency room visit)

What if you are severly injured or dying and you dont have enough money to pay them, what happens, or do you have to pay first.

No. ALL people with any life threatening condition are treated and stabilized REGARDLESS of their ability to pay. It's the law in all 50 states.

The liberal media, and propaganda experts, have deluded some people into believing that the 7.4% of the population that have no insurance are denied treatment for serious conditions...it's not only false, it's against the law.

Between private insurance, medicaid (state free health insurance), medicare (federal free insurance for the elderly), special state-sponsored child care programs, and other community and charity health programs, their are an estimated 7.4% of the population that have no coverage at all....not the 30-35% that the liberals have been spewing.

I'm keen to understand how the system works now, and what affect this new system will have, could someone explain for me please.
