Re: My sister called me today, she's a doctor.
We are now being regulated to death. The government has no business in our private lives, yet they continue to expand their long arms into our daily lives. America gave up when we refused to see that Ron Paul was our last shot at the survival of our country. He is just about the last sane member of the Government. What he says makes too much sense and we refused to save ourselves. We do not need the Government holding our hand and directing every facet of daily life.

Now they control what is in the food we eat(Monsanto POISON), what drugs we are allowed to put in our bodies, what we have to drink (processed SHIT water filled with FLUORIDE), how much we can eat, where we can live, the list goes on and on. It is truly staggering the amount of control the Federal Government has in our daily lives. They censor our news and media to he point where they can control the thoughts of the masses. Nobody is able to think for themselves these days anf if you do you could be considered a threat to National Security and be detained or assassinated for no reason. Never before has such a large population been controlled with such micro management. We are honestly doomed, and nothing would be different if Mitt Romney was elected. Nazi Germany had NOWHERE NEAR THE POWER THAT THE USA HAS NOW. The U.N. effectively controls not only the USA, BUT THE ENTIRE WORLD at this point.

We all need to realize how bad things are, and start to fight back against Government control of our daily lives. We should be able to decide what we put in our bodies and how we can treat our illnesses. Personally I believe if we legalized medical marijuana we would not only give a much needed boost to the flailing economy, but we could also extend the lives of those stricken with cancer and improve the quality of life of those facing this terrible ailment.

America is on life support and if TPTB keep this iron grip on reality we will fail sooner than later. The people are too splintered at this point to fight together for the common good, we are brainwashed by the corporate media and we are blind. God save us.

Paracelsus, born Philippus Aureolus Theophrastus Bombastus von Hohenheim, was killed by assassins of the Orthodox Medical Establishment.

They had him killed because as a skilled Alchemist, Paracelsus could Heal and Cure illness.

While they could only treat and suppress symptoms.

A patent would not come to them for help, after they had been seen by Paracelsus.

Paracelsus negated their lifes work.

So they negated his Life.

My sister is a doctor (OB), she called me today and said she had been crying since last night. She is beside herself. Now that the final nail has been driven into the US medical industry it's hit her hard.
Main issue for doctors is that they are being mandated too and regulated like never before. Most of Obamacare focuses on regulations, not the patient. That's what most people don't get. It's all about reporting back to the government. They will be determining your treatments and watching every facet of your "care".
This is scary. Take some time and dissect the bill. It's a whopper, makes our tax code look like 1st grade reading.

good, us doctors fucking suck, i've had better bedside manner from a veterinarian. medicine has been a racket for these motherfuckers for a long time and i am so glad that someone put some regulations on these bitches. if you have ever studied law you would no what i mean. if a doc fucks you up and you have to come back within a month, he/she shouldn't get paid. he/she obviously didn't do the job correctly. this and other regs will do great for american medicine once pussy ass bitch doctors like your sister get out of the profession because all they wanted was a check anyway. fuck her, fuck docs, go regs, give me a beer!

Maybe they will quit doing stents

[link to www.forbes.com]

There are so many proceedures cardio docs do only to get medicare reimbursement.Without that incentive maybe we can go back to evidance based medicine.

"One million Americans a year get artery-widening stents in a surgical procedure that costs $20,000. Stents save lives if inserted immediately after heart attacks. But stents don't save lives or prevent heart attacks in most patients with stable heart disease symptoms, two giant trials have now shown. Intensive drug therapy can do just as well without the risks of an invasive procedure."

Your sister is crying because they are cracking down on Medicare reimbursements and she isn't going to get paid as much from them or insurance companies, who usually follow their leed. GREEDY doctors. SICK of them. I've worked for them and they CERTAINLY don't care about patient care. They NEED to be regulated. I've seen doctors performing procedures on people who were under anesthesia and the machines were plugged in on cheap extension cords. The doctor wouldn't reinvest in his own business, but he was building himself a gigantic three story house on the river. Screw these doctors. All they care about is profit..not patient care.

Also..Medicare has created an industry of pain pill addicted people. They line up to get their steroid injections so they can walk out the door with their pain pill prescription. The doctor gets over $2,000 for a procedure that literally takes FIVE minutes in order to put a TINY shot of steroids in your spine. THOUSANDS. It's ridiculous that the tax payer should be paying for THAT. Why doesn't THAT make you people angry?

Look idiot..Doctors do not make a lot of money, as you think!! I get sick of hearing from people, "oh, your husband is a doctor", thinking I'm rich. Wrong. Doctors have lawsuits up their whim wham for a scratch on the patient's toe! Insurance is out of this world. Expenses are out of this world. Worry. Many people feel the best way to make their fortune is to sue a doctor. Many have no respect for their education and the torture to become a doctor. Many hours of study, no sleep, expensive, all because they want to help others. It is sad how many people have no respect for what a doctor goes through, and never think about how compassionate a doctor is. They give of themselves completely. You would not BOO HOO if you're sick, would you? Obviously you won't go to a DOCTOR.

What compassion? Even the AMA says there is no compassion in the medical profession any more:

"I think we are selecting the wrong people for medical school. Most of the medical students and residents I saw were selected only for grades, nothing else. Many of them had terribly dysfunctional personalities. The huge majority have no social skills. They have been brain-washed into believing in their own superiority. They have studied books, but not humanity. Many of these students were remarkable for their lack of compassion: "Gunners," aiming only at the best grades, knowing that the more they denigrated their fellows, the better their own chances at acceptance in medical school, good grades in medical school, and obtaining a desirable residency. There is no cooperation, no sportsmanship, no comradeship. If you can knock your competitor, you have a better shot at your own aspirations."

Re: My sister called me today, she's a doctor.
Do you really have to pay cash to get fixed in the hospital in America.

What if you are severly injured or dying and you dont have enough money to pay them, what happens, or do you have to pay first.

I'm keen to understand how the system works now, and what affect this new system will have, could someone explain for me please.
 Quoting: Doommincus Maximus

No, if you are injured in an accident and are taken to the ER, they do not collect any $$ before treatment. They do ask if you have insurance if you are a walk-in and come to the admitting desk. But if you are brought in by ambulance or in serious conditions ie heart attack, broken bones, etc, you are seen regardless and treated. This is one of the reasons our hospitals are in such bad shape because everyone gets treated, mostly illegals who tie of the er with such nonsense as a common cold, etc. often using the er as a doctor visit because they know they never have to pay, it is all free for them. Always.

Go natural, stay away from the American Medical Association. They are responsible for poisoning people at the command of the Knights of Malta. You don't need to be part of their system of enslavement if you find your power within, not externally.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 8545334

could you elaborate on this? I went to a health seminar led by a dr. forms were passed out for us to sign. it all looked rather harmless, but I remember some form about 'knights of malta' at the. then I read about the knights of malta a year later and wondered: what exactly did that form mean. why did they want the signatures of health seminar participants? looking back it feels a bit creepy.

any links to educate me?

ps.on another note, my family dr of many years, kindest dearest man on earth. sees many patients for sliding scale if they are struggling -
a truly great human being
intimated that he and many drs may retire early if the pretender won again. this dr has saved my life a couple x.
heartbreaking.
I've always thought of him as a liberal democrat. But a couple months ago, his eyes welled up when he said, " I know you pray, please pray, get the word out. medical care will change for the worse in this country if he gets re-elected."

so to everyone who loves God...please pray. like never before.

Asshole, it is still 2012, so what is YOUR point.

I should know in the next few weeks if my family plan through Emblem(HIP) goes up. They are asking NYS for a 21.5% increase.

Looking at the letter now and it says that the renewal will also include additional costs for the new mandated benefit changes.

Just curious...

Did your OB sister warn all her pregnant patients about Fukushima?

or to mitigate 24/7, avoid rain, buy S. American produce, etc etc...?

Has she told her non-pregnant patients to stay that way for now...Or would that have disrupted the money train as well?

Infant mortality is up

Miscarraiges are up

Birth defects are up...in the States.

(I just got an email about this from an OB the other day...but he said nothing about ObamaCare)

Even SAT scores have taken a significant drop as they did during peak testing...

She should be crying about that.

If she didn't warn her patients about Fukushima, tell your sister to go fuck herself.

Or give me her phone number and I'll call her, tape it, and upload it to you tube, like I did with this idiot OB:

I assume Europe has something like what Obamacare is going to look like.
Any EU folks willing to chime in?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 3461132

Basically every country in Europe has some sort of universal healthcare, most of them for many many decades. Germany actually has had an universal healthcare system for over a century!
The way it works in Germany is, that everyone with an income pays a certain percentage of their wage to an insurance company. Children and people who can't afford paying the rates are insured for free.
Btw the rates are way lower than what you pay in the US. Also spending per capita is way lower in Europe (only half or even lower) than in the US, and the quality is on average much better. We have more doctors per capita than the US, life expectancy is higher, infant mortality rates are way lower, waiting times are shorter etc.
Also every single person I met, who was misfortunate enough, to get seriously ill in the US, and had to cope with the their ludicrous healthcare system was shocked how bad it is compared to European standards.
The only people profiting from the american system are the owners of the insurance and pharmaceutical companies.
