How do I reconnect with earth and grow spiritually into the enlightenment being I'm supposed to be.

Ancestors knew something we don't know now,for gods sake they built everlasting pyramids. And place them all over earth...I have an idea how they did it but it is hard for me to fathom,because I'm not in tune with my self spiritually.

Years of eating animals,drinking fluoride,animal milk,process foods that's been genetically modified I know my pineal gland is almost done.I'm not talking out of my ass...THIS IS REAL,not like that idiot box and all of that other digital(dig it al) crap they want us to CONSUMEas fake light


Its crazy when you can't even remeber your own past life,I've forgotten who I am and what is my purpose for being here.and I'm not on some new age bs neither
