Now that Obama's president this is what I am going to do...

I feel that four more years are going to force alot of people including myself in harder and more desperate situations. I feel that I need to make a plan to make things easier somehow.
I know that it will be hard on everyone not just myself. Here are some ideas I am throwing out there.

1. Find a new place to live
a. make sure its not in a big city
b. make sure its not close to any interstate, major road, or train tracks
c. It must be somewhat isolated, few neighbors and have enough room for a garden.
d. it should have a basement or cellar.
e. make sure it is 10-20 percent cheaper than where you now live, assuming inflation will increase.

2. Find alternative means of transportation
a. invest in a bicycle, gas may become unaffordable or not available
b. Motorcycle, very cheap on gas.
c. horse, if you can maintain one

3. Food, water and supplies
a. make a list of what is needed, buy as you can.

4. Money
a. Live each day, like you won't be able to get money out of the bank or use a debit or credit card. Start using cash.
b. put back as much as you can, not in a bank. (they don't insure your cash anymore, did you know that?)

Give me some more ideas please. Now that our dark overlord has maintained his post, I think we should make some preparations.
