I think I have figured out why God/Jesus has not returned.
We are all God's children according to the bible. He was here and then he abandoned us. Not so much as even a note. No birthday presents, no Easter eggs, no Christmas presents. Not so much as even a card, but the real reason that He has not come back to visit all his children- 3000 years of unpaid child support.
