Yet this reserves darkness they are still bound and in captivity to because they will not enter and remain abiding in Christ.........will be given over to the second death their place of hell and their body in it and their soul shall be given over to the lake of fire the second death.

This is what they are offered to be saved from....saved from dying in their sins and enter this second death judgment appointed.

They are to repent come out of that way and enter Life to be saved from their death that is coming even upon this whole world.

The flesh and never been given any promise of everlasting life in its state of sin and death that is from sin..
No covenant of God is made with sin and flesh to be kept in everlasting life here.

This world is temporal same as our flesh it is temporary place we are strangers here in a strange land far from our home which is in Heaven....where nothing corruptible and perishing exists..

Time is running our the names are numbered and in the Book of life...yet these are not promised a covenant of all flesh when man becomes flesh like in the days of Noah.
