If you count Bush's illegitimate win over Kerry in 2004 then you're one out of six. I personally don't believe that Bush won the popular vote that year, I think the machines were rigged nationwide to flip 3% from Kerry to Bush, but you can count it if you want.

Do you see a problem?

What do you think your GOP should do?
Fold up tent, splinter into different parties?
Maybe stop being so extremist whack-a-doodle?

Do you realize you controlled the House for only 4 out of going on 20 years? And those 4 years don't even really count, an aberration caused by Clinton's housing bubble, but you can count it if you want.

Senate seats are assigned two per state and the GOP has an inherent advantage there because it controls more states but in spite of that advantage the Democrats have the Senate majority.

Stay in denial, go ahead and keep losing, I like the direction this is going.
