There was an aussie I knew who made 1 million a summer doing deep shaft mining. Did you do deep shaft mining, OP?

Surely, but even the lower level guys must earn hefty sums if they're giving out that kinda money. I already have mining experience so I'll rise through the ranks quickly. From what I understood it was very dangerous and they were also only allowed to work 3 months out of the year to avoid health issues. I'm trying to remember what they were mining. It was some sort of ass rot from the bowels of the earth.
