Paul wrote to people to answer their questions. Had he referred to something like this without explaining what it was, the recipients would be more confused, not comforted. In other words, if the last trump was given to Paul, then the Thessalonians would have no prior knowledge and no clue what Paul was talking about.

Plus, you've changed Paul's own definition of the mystery. He said it was the church itself, the "new creation", our adoption as children of God.

You can't just change the meaning of a word and force it into a completely unrelated context, then use it as an excuse to ignore the chronology which disproves your claim that the last trump is the 7th trumpet judgment. What the Holy Spirit would do is not the same as what the HS did do, and you have no backing for your claim that all apostles got all the same information.

The last three (1 Thessalonians, Malachi and Romans) is meant to let you know that God does not change nor has no respect for persons. Furthermore, if all the chosen of God suffered tribulation and persecution, then it is heresy to think that God would choose us, (the most terrible generation of all time), to NOT suffer tribulation.,

The only one being used by the devil is you. The bible is quite clear we will be meeting him in the air to go to New Jerusalem in space. We will have new bodies that will not sin and are perfect and indestructible. Take your lies and deception elsewhere and seek the truth and repent before you are condemned to hell for your deception.

I believe in the rapture,just not the pre tribulation variety.Both Pauls and Jesus description of latter times simply do not back the doctrine.In Matthew there was no catching away of the saints until the 2nd coming at which the angels gathered the saints from the 4 winds.Paul said it will never happen until a great falling away,and the man of sin is revealed.And no amount of twisting and perverting scripture to fit the doctrine will change what Paul and Jesus said

Look, this thread is about a dream. If any of you have the notion that you're going to settle an age-old debate here at GLP, forget about it. Read whole letters and paragraphs, not just words out of context. Read everything Paul said about the last days. Compare Rev. with Daniel. Then read Joel, Psalm 83, Ezekiel 38, and many other prophecy passages. Then spend years studying it all and not excluding parts that don't fit your theory. It is not imputed to you by a one-time confession of My name. Oh, My people, you have been lied to. Read My word for yourselves. Why listen to those that fatten themselves by fleecing My sheep? I have not sent many of the shepherds that are out there. They have sent themselves for their own glory and their own profit. Oh, My people, did I not say in My word to judge them by their fruit? Then where is the fruit, My people? Oh, but those that have itching ears care not about the fruit. They want to be told all is well and that they shall prosper if they simply believe on My name and My promises. Lies, lies, lies, I tell you.

Oh, My people, why do you not study My word to show yourselves approved? Why do you go about from doctrine to doctrine seeking what will make you feel good? Can you not see that there is no healing in the dead churches? Not healing of the physical body, but healing of the soul and spirit. This is because there is no life in them. For where My Spirit is there is liberty. Not liberty to gratify or tingle the flesh; but liberty from the flesh.

Oh, My people, how I wish to take you all with Me now into My chambers. But you are not ready and many of you never will be. For you do not test the spirits of those you follow and so you have chosen to believe their lies. I will and I shall have a bride that is spotless and without blemish. Do you take My invitation this day to come away with Me and be cleansed of all filthiness of flesh? Oh, My people, come away with Me and we shall ride together on the heights of the earth. For I shall rise with healing in My wings and I shall heal all that have called out to Me with a pure heart. I shall heal and I shall cleanse with My cleansing fire. Oh that I wish you all would call out to Me for My cleansing fire. For not many of you will, because your desire is for your flesh. But for those that choose to call out to Me for this fire, I will answer thee and pour upon thee both My glory and cleansing fire. And I shall purify you to be My bride if you do not shrink back. For I am now choosing those that choose Me and we will walk together and be one as I take each of you through My fires of purification. And My bride shall be purified and come forth refined as silver and purified as gold. And I shall be her God and she will be My bride to be shown forth to all nations. Now choose this day, My people. Will you let Me take you through the fires, or will you cling to the lust of your own flesh? The choice is yours, My people. For I am no respecter of persons and I offer this opportunity to all.

Sure, why not? All our pets will be there. The souls of animals go directly to heaven when they die, their souls are pure, they do not sin.

Same places as every other translation. Start with John 3:16, then Rom. 10:9, and 1 Cor. 15:3-4. Also Eph. 2:8-9.

Well, I guess you don't believe in the Bible then, or the book of Enoch because both speak about the souls of animals in heaven.

I don't know about using the word 'RAPTURE", it's not in the scriptures, it is actually a violent dinosaur. Ascention would be the best word to use to be connected to going to God in the final day.

I believe in the Rapture of the Church but I do not believe in this "dream" and I'll tell you why:

It's not biblical.

In the tribulation, there are fish and other animals that die during all that turmoil. Rapture of animals doesn't make any sense.

I've seen good psychics like John Edward and Theresa Caputo tell people about their pets on the other side, things that they have no way of knowing. Your pets survive - rejoice and thank God glad for it!
