That measure at the convention was not a
stand-alone measure. The media made a big deal
about the "God" component, yet failed to inform
the masses that it was linked with the "Jerusalem
to become the capital of Israel" measure, imposed
on the convention by AIPAC.
The majority of the protest on the floor had nothing
at all to do with "God" measure and was mostly
against the anti-Palestinian, anti-Christian measure
which would seek to make Jerusalem the capital of
Israel, something which has not occurred since
antiquity.
