"Food and drink are matters of concern not only on the physical plane, but on the spiritual plane as well. Our soul and our spirit also need to eat and drink, but they require foods that are fresh. It is not by unearthing old, extinct philosophies and religions that they are going to nourish themselves. These teachings and movements were good in their day, but they have disappeared because they no longer have any reason to exist. They are, if I may say so, old tins of food. So leave them, and try going to a restaurant where you are fed fresh foods, steaming straight from the oven! Yes, nature is a restaurant where you breathe today’s air, eat today’s sun, contemplate today’s sky and commune with today’s divine energy. Always make an effort to go where there is something new, something nascent: a gushing spring, its waters limpid and fresh, flowers, the wind, the earth itself… Instead of looking for messages from the past, we must decipher the new ones that the Creator sends us every day.
