I live in Tennessee. Romney did win here, but the turn out at the polls was LOW. I arrived, parked, voted, and left in less than 15 minutes and YES your picture ID was checked and if your address was not correct, you got held up for verification at another table. Mine was correct and I voted and was out of there quickly.
