$200 million was spent to assassinate Romney's character and the media had a hit out on him -- and the best they could come up with were some tax irregularities and that as Bain CEO some people lost jobs at some point (I'm SHOCKED).

With regards to the other Republican nominees, I think it was Ron Paul that they really feared, he probably wouldn't have won either, but his message would have gotten out to a much larger audience if he had won the nomination, I don't think TPTB wanted that.

i disagree, all my friends, with the exception of 2 people hate obama. I didn't see one obama sign in our town. In the fall I traveled from New England down to Kentucky, and made a point to watch for political yard signs. I would say 98 percent of the signs I saw were for Romney.
