According to CNN
Last Thursday 2 Iranian SU-25 flew out into the Persian gulf(international airspace) and fired on a predator drone, the drone was not hit, and managed to return to base. According to the Pentagon, The drone was doing surveillance.
About 16 miles off the coast of Iran. The Pentagon can't explain why the drone was attacked, and Tehran has yet to respond.
CNN is trying to declare this as an act of War.
