My friends neighbor keeps spying and other stuff: Advice needed.

I need some help! So my neighbor has always been a creep, peaking through the fence while my siblings me and my friends would jump on the trampoline. Her and her son have installed cameras on there house facing into our back yard, she got my puppy taken away. And she recently decided to put up no trespassing signs in MY yard. My dad kicked em over then she made a court case against him for destruction of property when it was our yard.

She's a meth addict and so is her son.

Anyone know a way on how to protect our vehicles? She messed with our gas and keeps calling police on our plates. >:(

She already considering a harassment file complaint

The cops told them she goes up to the police station 2 times a week with videos of us taking out trash, and she calls up there 4 times a week.

We haven't called once.

Her dad said he'll pay someone to come kick down her no trespassing signs and moon her camera. Lhh
