hmm sounds like a good case for a lawsuit...
and they won't have no problem collecting unemployment....

FYI the right of free speech guaranteed in the 1st Amendment says that Congress shall make no law suppressing it. A business owner certainly can make rules applying to his business and employees, and practically all businesses do.
