NO, the rest should quit and leave him holding the bag. See how well he does with no employes. Hell, I think anyone that makes less then 100k a year, should all pick a day to be sick, the same day, and let's see what "I built this all by myself" bunch does then. How much revenue do you think they could make all by themselves.

Too bad his kind is not around anymore. He spent his time going around and talking to his employees. The first thing he wanted to know was "how is your manager treating you?" He stated many times that he didn't build that company, his employees did. During his reign the company never had a lay off. It was not until he was gone and several other CEOs from inside the company were gone, that layoffs started. Who was he and what company? Tom Watson, IBM founder and CEO. Too bad that kind of attitude does not exist anymore. Sounds like one of the good guys. Yeah, he was, his employees were like family to him, he really took care of us. During recessions he would have us do busy work, but would not lay off. He always said "I didn't make this company great, my employees did."
