I believe people have been conditioned to accept it through entertainment that glorifies mutants and superpowers. The Mark will probably involve an injection of "beast" DNA just under the skin, as well as an inscription. Remember in X-Men when one mutant asked Magneto, "Where's your mark?", meaning a tattoo? People will line up to become mutants with superpowers.

So I don't see the Mark as a personal ID but the Beast's ID, which means I don't see RFID as a viable candidate.

Bottom line is this: "aliens" who are the watchers/fallen angels return offering mankind the opportunity to "upgrade" their DNA. (like the verses quoted in the OP)

The BODY is the TEMPLE of the Holy Spirit...this is the preaching of the New Testament...the temple is YOU!

Christ himself said the temple could be torn down and he would rebuild it in 3 days...he was referring to his body as the temple while simultaneously giving a prophecy of his resurrection in three days from his death!

This is clearly telling us we are the temple of God (our bodies) by genetically modifying it (taking the Mark of the Beast and no longer being God's creation) we have forever condemned ourselves, just like the Nephilim and the 200 watchers who descended on Mount Hermon in the days of Jared.
