I was just speaking with a friend who is retired military this morning, and he couldn't believe how long it is taking to get help to the people in Staten Island, Breezy Point and other hard hit areas where it is rapidly descending into chaos and vigilante villages

"Where is the National Guard?" he asked...they could take care of these people in a day or two
