We've watched other species eviolve, even in our lifetimes.

Species of frog have gone from water-breathing to full amphibious due to lowering oxygen levels of water.

Carnivorous lizards have developed glands to process and digest plant matter in areas with not enough pray.

Polar bears and brown bears are cross-breeding, right now, creating a newer and more durable species due to being pushed from their habitats.

I could list thousands of examples. You can debate the origin of humans all you want, but denying evolution outright proves you're a fucking idiot.
