My brother recently moved down there and signed a 12 month lease. He moved there to be with his girl, they split and he needs to come home. It is a very nice deal 600 a month I believe with a gym membership and golf pass. It's a county club so golf is included :). Please for karma's sake help me and my Bro out please if there are any changes in the prices or something like that I will update this post.
