Yeah like no poor ever became rich. And btw I can testify by personal experience that you can go from being poor to doing fairly well. And this should be the goal for most people, not everyone has divine right to being wealthy.

But a rich wealthy family gets even more richer because they're rich. And the poor get poorer because their poor and their options are limited. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Poor people have more options because they have less money and rich get less options because they alreay have everything?

Anyone can inherit money if it is left to them in a will or by law.

You don't need money to go to school or even start your own business, the govt hands out tons of money for these things every year. Its just an excuse for these people to bitch and moan and never apply themselves through creative, hard work...

Well no one has divine right to be wealthy. No reason why someone who has everything gets more even though he doesn't need it, but a poor person is assumed to be lazy even though they honestly work their ass off in a small paying job.

I agree the goal for everyone should be to live fairly well and in comfort, but that's not the case in this planet. And yes I'm sure some poor became rich, but what happens to others who work their ass off and nothing ever pays off.

This is not true at all. Of the top 400 wealthiest people in this country according to Forbes, only 30% inherited some of their fortunes...the other 70% are self made. So MOST rich EARNED IT!

People, all people rich or poor, inherit things and money because the things and money belong to somebody and that somebody wants them to have them.

Usually that somebody worked and earned the money. It is their to leave to whomever they want.

And very few proplr feel as though they have everything even if they are wealthy.

But it would make no sense for someone to take somebody else's money just because they were poor. Then no one would work to have any more than the bare necessities. I know I wouldn't to leave things to strangers who didn't earn them.

The problem is that de facto aristocracies are created in the process. There should be a cap on how much an individual can inherit. If Rockefeller was a self-made billionaire who worked hard for his money, good for him. But why should his great-great grand kid get to be a billionaire too by default?

In that scenario, money is just passed down from generation to generation, meaning several lines of people are removed from the original hard worker.
