I do for many reasons.
I prefer the taste, it's cheaper, and the tobacco is easier to go long periods without. I find with tailor-mades, not only do they taste more like chemicals, but I need a fix more often. I wouldn't say it's healthier, but it's a little bit less unhealthy..

I roll my own with a tops roller machine.
They are way cheaper, I roll a carton for a little under 25 dollars.

Its great and the tobacco is stronger.

LOL, I realize how that sounds, but I mean comparitelvey to the usual 300 added chemicals from the big tobacco companies it is healthier and natural. Sort of like GMO vs. Non-GMO.
