I so agree with you - they need stringing up. It is way past time that we gave severe sentances to the torture and murder of innocent victims - animal or human.

What do they get out of doing that to something that cannot fight back in any way? They feel brave and strong? Weak, weak shitholes. Weak in the arm and in the head. Human evolution in reverse. Make me ashamed to be human.

Sooner mankind is wiped of the face of the earth the better. Not enough people like you around and too many sick fucks - as I am sure will be proved by some posts here.
