For a long time the news/media has been making the switch from 'simply reporting' to 'biased reporting'.. This right here is more or less her speaking her thoughts out loud on TV, she looks pretty excited - perhaps she voted for Obama and didn't expect him to win and at the point of this recording was 'giddy' with emotion.

However, this right here is the media/news .. not reporting.. but rather being a messenger of 'what is or isn't truth' which is a dangerous line to be crossing on a news station.
