This right here is more or less her speaking her thoughts out loud on TV, she looks pretty excited - perhaps she voted for Obama and didn't expect him to win and at the point of this recording was 'giddy' with emotion.

However, this right here is the media/news .. not reporting.. but rather being a messenger of 'what is or isn't truth' which is a dangerous line to be crossing on a news station.
