BREAKING: More Mars Curiosity Image Manipulation | NASA JPL

Here is another side by side comparison of NASA released images that don't match and show obvious photoshop manipulations.

Whats the continued motivation to hide evidence of artificiality? At this point most folks are desensitized to just about anything. If NASA came out and told us that their was a previous civilization on Mars people would most likely say, 'no shit'.

No, you're wrong - it's a match. The only difference is sand - the photo on the right has a lot more sand than the photo on the left. Since the picture was stitched together over time, it's conceivable that a sand storm came through and dumped sand - or a wind storm came through and removed sand. That's the fascinating part - how much sand was moved. I wonder how long that took?

Given that the atmospheric pressure on Mars is pretty much zero, "Wind storms" aren't possible.

I would say, "Told ya, so." Heck, my dad in 1958 said the same thing. Anybody who studies history knows that WE CAME FROM MARS.

Looks like the rover moved a bit and the object in question is now behind the sand dune. Not hard to figure out.

No that's not right, because the odd-shaped "color enhanced" rock in the left picture really does appear on the right photo -- but not color enhanced and moved a bit further to the right in front of another, apparently new rock.

The same stuff is there, a lot of it anyway, but reorganized.

If it had been blown around by some hypothetical huge dust storm, it would have been turned over, rotated, etc. Not just translated with shadows basically intact.

This video is the first time I am starting to believe there is a hoax. But in NASA's defense there may be something about the "stitching" algorithm producing these anomalies, I would be interested to understand the stitching algorithm. And yes I would understand it if they revealed it.

Re: BREAKING: More Mars Curiosity Image Manipulation | NASA JPL
yeah that 3rd person shot is interesting their is a few spots with smudging and odd coloring like the dune crest line on the left side. and on the round part of the front left arm of the rov. If you look at the front left wheel you can see the shadow of the camera that must be a UAV as their is no attached shadow of an arm?

Interesting...could it be due to the arm that was made invisible for the Self Portrait image perhaps?

It was stitched so is it possible that overlapping bits were edited out leaving this mind fuck as a result?

I am not a photography buff so I'd appreciate it if someone with the know-how could try and explain this apparent ghost rock image for us,please : )

The photos were taken with different cameras.

You would be surprised what gets hidden just by looking at something from a different angle.

What are you talking about?

They are two different photos.

Taken from two different cameras.

You are a fool.

Look closely.

It's not the same fucking angle.

If you're talking about the stitching together of images to create a large photo then yes each photo is taken at a slightly different angle.

Sorry, mixed up with the thread about ONE self-portrait taken by many shots from a camera that apparently only appears to be hanging out on nothing.

You didn't have to get all nasty about it. Sheesh.

The same reason that the governments - up until late last year or so - have denied that there are UFOs, or at least refused to investigate them overtly. Because the powers that be are beholden to and/or worship and/or are run by, astronauts that aren't from here (but may have lived here for many thousands of years, and still live here).

If the scientists open the door to research on places like Mars, the Moon, or in-depth analysis of UFOs, then their cover would be blown in short order.
