You are delusional. This is the last thing America needs. With the administration just aching for a reason to implement martial law, this type of shit would play right into their hands.

Thanks. I screwed up with the wording of 2 different threads, and got neither one right. I stated, down in the posts that I meant nonviolent noncompliance. Strictly peaceful in all aspects. No mass marches, no public protests, no inconvenience to the population. Just a mass noncompliance with....pick a subject.

Recall, Repeal, Impeach, reform not revolution.

Recall
A recall election (also called a recall referendum or representative recall) is a procedure by which voters can remove an elected official from office through a direct vote before his or her term has ended. Recalls, which are initiated when sufficient voters sign a petition, have a history dating back to the ancient Athenian democracy[1] and are a feature of several contemporary constitutions.
[link to en.wikipedia.org]

Repeal
A repeal is the removal or reversal of a law. There are two basic types of repeal, a repeal with re-enactment (or replacement) of the repealed law, or a repeal without replacement. The motion to rescind, repeal, or annul is used in parliamentary procedure to cancel or countermand an action or order previously adopted by the assembly. Removal of secondary legislation is normally referred to as revocation rather than repeal in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Under the common law of England and Wales, the effect of repealing a statute was "to obliterate it completely from the records of Parliament as though it had never been passed."[1] This, however, is now subject to savings provisions within the Interpretation Act 1978.
[link to en.wikipedia.org]

Impeachment
Impeachment in the United States is an expressed power of the legislature that allows for formal charges against a civil officer of government for crimes committed in office. The actual trial on those charges, and subsequent removal of an official on conviction on those charges, is separate from the act of impeachment itself.

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly.
But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men.
He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

I agree with all points in your post. I made a huge miscalculation with my vague wording in the thread title, and in several subsequent posts. My main point was to try to get an opinion on noncompliance on items such as Obamacare. Granted, as evidenced by the vote, a SLIGHT majority of voters are in favor of it, IF a vote for Obama is to be considered a vote for Obamacare. On the other hand, several nationwide polls have shown that somewhere between 54 and 59 percent of those polled are against it. My question should have asked what would happen if the number of people that those polls imply, would just refuse to include the penalty portion of their tax returns in their check to the IRS. There is not enough enforcement personnel, no jails to hold that many people. I believe in rule of law, and the proper methods of correcting the wrong people in charge of the country. Hypothetical, and looking for opinions. Thank you for your reply.
