Exercise, diet change, finding out what vitamins I am deficient in. Just being low on iron can get the effects of depression.

I am not a pretribber so it might get ugly 1st.
Also as far as the gospel being preached in every language, I think in Revelation it says the angels will do this.

jesus is already returned on craft and has been here since 1954. Your way out of here is not in this manner. Find your strength and live. I would be getting ready for the idea of the 3 Days of Darkness if I were you. Most of the material you have had about jesus is fairy tale stuff. The basic story is true, he came 2000 years ago, and he taught, but he did not die on the cross, he was in a coma etc and he went on to damascus and then india and settled and married there.

he promised no rapture and when he does walk on the world openly , you aren't going off to any heaven anyway, you will be right here.

this is not a nice world. I understand how you feel, but do your best and grow your mind from it and make every effort to become more like the son of God you are.

the story of him coming when the whole word knew him is not true. He promised he would return in about 2000 years because the planet at that time would have massive problems, be overpopulated and would be coming into the end of an age.

the story of the whole world is about when man eventually comes into christ consciousness or god consciousness is another way to say it and it surely is not yet.

Exercise and keeping my mind occupied helps me. Learn the source of your depression.
