NED is a non-profit, grant-making institution that receives more than 90 percent of its annual budget from the U.S. government. Now, there is compelling evidence to show that for over 30 years, members of the U.S. military and the CIA have helped organize, train, and fund death squad activity in El Salvador. . . It's a beautiful country, housing cost and food cost are low there. I am truly thinking of moving to Cuenca.
