And I don't know what you define as the "Inner" city. There were districts in inner Cleveland that had Romney votes.

Everyone seems to have forgotten that Romney, son Tagg, and business partners own Hartic voting machines. And it was their former GS friends at central tabulation at Scytl who flipped Ron Paul's votes to Romney in the primaries.
So, Romney never did have the votes in reality. Those voters weren't his in the general election.

Be sure, the vote rigging was on both sides. Maybe the Obama people studied the Romney program and bugged it.
