OP - please try to relax, stay calm, and identify the thoughts in your mind. Try and clear out all of the background noise and distractions, so you can isolate what you believe is communicating with you. Keep in mind, you must be very relaxed to do this, try to concentrate on very deep and slow breathing. Let go of your fear - try to completely trust that everything will be okay.
