And all the evangelicals that could NOT vote for a cultist like Romney. I know several pastors that said "Do not vote for either man, Romney nor Barack" and they explained Biblically why you could not vote for either man, so there's many votes there too that GOP missed out on,
and all those that didn't want to vote for another McCain-RINO.

They could not have picked a worse candidate for their party, they need to fire their party strategists to avoid picking the worst candidate, in fact basically all the candidates GOP presented were no good. I was like "this is the best the GOP can muster, they are how many millions and these clowns are the best they can muster?"

Anti-Gay? There goes most of your independent voters.
Anti-Immigration? There goes ALL of your latino voters.

All republicans have to do is focus on the economy, which struggled under democratic policy. Instead, it has the reputation of a cranky rich old white man party that will continue to struggle until it realizes some modernization is needed.

Incorrect. The United States is slipping from the First World because of a lack of solid social programs compared to the other first world countries. Our school systems are not as good, our public healthcare for the impoverished (read 47%) is not as good, our jobs pay so little that if you are unable to find something beyond entrylevel by a good deal, you stay in poverty indefinitely, and the government is using the war on drugs to create a new class of legal slaves who can constitutionally work for $1/day. That is why we see 40% of our young people locked up at some point throughout their lives. We are also lacking in sick leave, vacation time, and maternity leave, compared to every other first world country. And the answer is always to blame the impoverished rather than to examine the faulty policies which are keeping the impoverished that way.

People say to pull yourselves up by the bootstraps, but that's not something a lot of people can do, people who grew up poor and did badly in school, went hungry as children, and never saw anything more from the world at large than hatred of their families for 'adhering' to some "welfare queen" mythos which is factually untrue. I've known these people. These people are half of my (very much white) family. These people are people who do indeed sell their foodstamps at times - to keep their gas on in the winter, because "all that welfare money" doesn't cover rent, gas, and water and lights. People who look for jobs for years on end but because of the war on drugs and prior charges have no one who will hire them, despite their job history, currently clean lifestyle and attempts to "bootstrap up". People who have to live 12 to a 2 bedroom house, and at times find themselves looking down a 6 pack of ramen to last 3 people four days. People who can't get callbacks from jobs because they do not, in fact, have ELIGIBILITY for those mythical Obamaphones. People who can't get computer access to put in online job applications, and certainly don't have a way to get to class even if they managed to beat the odds in 3 different ways to get into college.

Why don't you look at the flawed policies that are sinking this ship a little bit better before you start trying to foist blame on the darkies.

And, for what it's worth, it was these fucking tax cuts that came right before the recession. The times where we've had the best luck financially as a country? Those were times when the 1% payed 50-60% in taxes, on the average. And if you do not believe that, fact check it. Find an unbiased source that leans neither left nor right, and read simple history.

It's cutting taxes to a pittance and not raising the minimum wage to a living wage and leaving so many open to hunger, exposure, and lack of a strong secondary education to really make them competitive combined with a series of tax loopholes for the ultrawealthy that are bankrupting this country. I can assure you, it's not the color of a person's skin.

So I say, again, first world countries don't operate the way the extreme right wants. If they don't like it, they should leave and go somewhere that does. And eventually, they will either die of old age there, or realize that it is not the color of the people's skin their, but their flawed policies, that are making them a third world country. And, what do you know, taking up policies 'like' those policies here, is what is driving us there as well.

Or maybe he'll do what he usually does - give away $20,000,000 to CHARITY or help a dying person in a hospital or the many other generous things he does that he never speaks about. Unlike loser oboma, who accomplishes NOTHING, yet walks around with his arrogant nose up in the air and brags to whoever will listen. That is, when he isn't lying.

Talk about creative destruction, look about you in America. Clean out the sand from your brain and see what he has done in the last four years toward our destruction.
