I literally have to take almost 10 benadryl a nite to fall asleep now...warm baths, wine, working myself into exhaustion, reading...none of it helps!! Aside from Ambien ( which I know works but don't to go that route) can anyone please tell me a quick easy drug-free way to put myseld to sleep??
