Hmmm... it turns out that both the polls and the electoral college were biased AGAINST Obama!
With the exception of Ohio all of the swing states had a greater margin of victory for the President than was predicted by the polls. So the polls were skewed towards Romney by a point or two.

And...

If each state's electoral votes were calculated solely on the basis of population rather than on representation in Congress, Obama would have won about another dozen electoral votes.

Math is not your strong suit. The popular vote spread was 2%. The electoral college spread was 19.5%

He won the electoral college decisively but if the electoral college was purely democratic, meaning based on population, then he would have gotten several more votes.

You can say the electoral college was biased towards Obama since he won it and it was more favorable to him than the popular vote, but it's interesting to note that in another sense it was biased against him.
