I think his biggest mistake was siding with the Chinese over the Russians. It worked in the short term to drive a wedge between the Communist powers, but I think he really underestimated the Jewish influence in China and could not foresee the problems the trade deal would bring about. I think that this election has opened the eyes of a lot of people. Conservative, mainstream Americans are now asking questions. These are not people that believe in conspiracies either. These are just average folks who can see that something more than meets the eye is going on. These people are saying that now we don't even know if the election is legit because we have to trust the media to tell us it is legit and no one trusts the media anymore.

Ford said there would "be a bloodbath" in Vietnam if they Congress didn't pass funding to make a big push against the Vietcong in a war started and run for years before by the Democrats. They refused the funding and we saw the Fall of Saigon. Wouldn't have happened if Nixon had stayed in power. What did Nixon do wrong? Nothing that I know of. I keep hearing people say that the Republicans should abandon social conservatism and only run on fiscal conservatism. That would guarantee them to lose for sure. Social conservatives are the only ones that vote for Republicans. Dems will never vote for fiscal conservatism so the idea of turning Dems into Republicans is not going to happen.
