The Deep South red states have such a high minority they are likely to have higher rate but the population is so small compared to other states that in actual dollar amount they are no where near NY and CA. Only 4 million total population in Alabama and 3 in Mississippi. THere is probably that many on welfare in NY and CA!

A college degree, especially in the N.E. and out West - where Obama won, means that you almost certainly attended a college that was led by Marxist faculty and administration... we kindly label them liberal colleges, but they are in fact the result of the Russian Communist parties push back in the 50's to influence our education system and the press.

These so called educated people are not being taught conservative principles -- they are being taught socialist principles are good -- capitalism is bad.
