Re: Freeman in court - judge bows to Sovereign Citizen! Case Dismissed!
You can not say sovereign citizen. That is an oxymoron. The sovereign is the master and the citizen is a subject. You cannot be both. There is a way to use the courts own system to make them say that there power does not exist. Challenge Jurisdiction. You challenge the courts inpersonam, subject matter, and venue jurisdiction. Once you do this it cannot be assumed. It must be proven. With competent fact proof. The thing is the "Proof" does not exist. Look up how to challenge jurisdiction in court on google. click the first link some of it is there including some good caselaws. Melo vs. U.S. another very good caselaw is U.S. vs. Rogers. Do some reserch. There are better ways to go about standing up for your rights.

* for the BULLSHIT MEME that has been repeated here.

ALL judges in the UK's system BOW when the session has ended. S/He is NOT bowing to the sovereign; it's merely a ceremonial gesture.

That bullshit has been debunked MANY times on GLP.

Beware of the freeman/sovereign citizen movement. I don't know anyone who has SUCCESSFULLY challenged jurisdiction in court and beat a judge. I used to be part of the "freeman movement" and my dumbass got thrown in jail. Don't get me wrong i love the idea of trying to decipher the law terminology and beat them at there own game but in the real world they always win..
